Information You Provide
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us directly, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Information Logged Automatically
Like most hosted services, the site records routine server-log information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. We review that information in aggregate to maintain the service and understand which material visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
We use the limited information described above to run the service, address technical issues, measure traffic, and improve its pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Sites and Search Tools
Links may lead to Creek County and Oklahoma records portals, library and archive collections, or third-party search tools. Their own privacy policies control information submitted after leaving this service. The same is true of sponsored search results supplied by a third-party provider.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us, and analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information is also disclosed when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise disclose it.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for as long as the purposes described here require. Visitors do not create accounts, so there is no account password or personal profile on the service to expose.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If you believe a minor has sent information to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data a website keeps. Oklahoma SB 546 data-privacy provisions were approved by the Governor, but the research did not verify a codified, effective Oklahoma consumer-privacy statute, its exemptions, or a state request channel. For that reason, this policy keeps the data-rights statement general rather than presenting a settled Oklahoma consumer-privacy citation.
Because little visitor information is retained, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and relevant server logs, then removing information that is found. Send a request through the Contact page. Public records held by Oklahoma, Creek County, or Sapulpa custodians are outside our control, and removal or correction requests for those records must go to the office that holds them.
